Oldbury Academy Assistance With School Uniform Application Form – Academic Year 2022-23
Oldbury Academy has set up a fund so that assistance is given towards the cost of school uniform for those parents/guardians who are eligible for Free School Meals (FSM) or are registered Pupil Premium students. Pupil Premium means that you have been in receipt of FSM at some point in the last six years – as confirmed by Dfe guidance.
You can apply for this grant via one of three routes:-

- Collect a blank application form which can be from the school reception
