Dear Parent/Carer,
At the close of nominations, for the position of a parent governor, two applications had been received; it is therefore necessary to hold an election.
Please see below the names of the candidates and a brief statement from each to support their application.
Mr I Hameed
My name is Imran. I have two children at the school and wish to become a parent governor. I’ve done this before and was very active in my role.
Choose someone who will represent your needs and hold the school to account if need be.
Mr A Page
I believe that I would be able to use experience gained in my career as Patient Systems Training Manager at Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust to benefit the school. I would like to contribute in whatever way that I can and believe that I have the necessary qualities referred to in the seven principles.
