LORIC maps against the National Careers Service’s list of most desirable soft skills.
The LORIC resources are focused on developing students’ 5 key attributes: Leadership, Organisation, Resilience, Initiative and Communication.
These resources are delivered to students during form time in both key stage 3 and 4.
LORIC skills are also being identified and deliverer within curriculum study so that character development is fully integrated.
